About the role

A Grade 3 Instrument Technician is a qualified employee who has more than 12 months experience working as an Instrument Technician and is able to work in all areas of the CSSD Department. In this role, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and support other members of the team sharing your knowledge and skills to provide an efficient service. This position provides an opportunity to support the implementation of all relevant standards and actively encourage other team members to achieve too.

We are looking for

Successful completion of Certificate III in Health - Sterilising Practice for Technicians (or equivalent).
Minimum 12 months experience working as an Instrument Technician
Be able to work in all areas of the CSSD Department
Flexibility and capacity to adjust to changing work environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Selection Criteria

Desirable : Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Instrument Technician
