The Subacute Care Services Continence Clinic at GV Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the clinic on a part time basis four days per week until June 2020. The Continence Clinic aims to improve and maintain a person’s continence, functional capacity and maximise their independence.

The Nurse Continence Specialist (NCS) of the Continence Clinic works in partnership with the Continence Clinic Coordinator and the multidisciplinary team for the efficient and effective operation of the SACS Continence Clinic ensuring the provision of high quality clinical care, risk minimisation, quality improvement and service development activities.

The role requires you to possess excellent clinical and communication skills, be well organised and have a strong focus on patient centred care.
